Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was a performer at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her a degree with a laude for Theatre and Communication. When she moved into Los Angeles Kelly quickly became active in the stage, choreographing and acting in more than a dozen productions. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was able to land television and film roles as she continued to study the art of improvisation with The Groundlings. She also joined Theatre West. Her distinct voice and diminutive stature has allowed her to play a variety of colorful characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts's evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most well-known role is as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011-2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper in the evening as a series regular in the TV Land show The Exes. Kelly was also a regular in the role of Alyssa's smart, sassy sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW show No Tomorrow. She's lent her singing soprano to several animated cartoons like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recent roles include the charming and dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's Super-hit comedy Superstore. Together with her husband and two children, she leads living a peaceful lifestyle.
