Born and raised in Pennsylvania Molly began working professionally in the age of thirteen, at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater in a production of The Snow Queen. She played Little Red Ridinghood shortly after in the Arden Theater s Into the Woods production, for which she won the Barrymore Award nomination. She portrayed the role of Little Red Ridinghood in Into the Woods in Broadway when she was 15, and earned a Drama League Award nomination. Molly was in the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof (2004). Then, she attended Princeton University and was a part in the Triangle Club. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2008. In Religion. In college, Molly was the first actress to make her debut on stage as a character in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Following graduation, Molly performed in several Off-Broadway productions, including End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater and in some television work including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of regional productions like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as part of Barrington Stage Company's production and North Shore Music Theatre's production of 2008 and Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank as Anne. Molly was best known as Ali from Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt, starring Tim Allen.
